Holistic Healing and Wellness Programs

OUR VISION: Lokahi Garden Sanctuary is a holistic healing and wellness retreat center dedicated to serving our Ohana (human family) by offering programs and practices that encourage Lokahi (harmony and balance within and without) and providing opportunities to experience an intimate relationship with the Aina (earth).

Lokahi Garden Sanctuary, located on the Big Island of Hawaii, offers authentic "Hawaii Healing Vacations" through its two extended stay programs. One program focuses on holistic healing while the other program focuses on wellness. The duration of our programs is 7 to 28 days. The goal of each program is to guide you in experiencing deep relaxation and joy as you learn new strategies for being fully with yourself, with others and with the earth.

Holistic Healing
For those with health issues requiring the full range of natural and complementary therapies as well as conventional medicine. We offer completely individualized programs for many chronic degenerative conditions including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer and its aftercare.

Wellness
For those searching for new strategies on the journey of enhanced wellness, rejuvenation and vitality. We incorporate joyfulness and fun, to allow you to reconnect with your authentic self in the safe embrace of Lokahi Garden Sanctuary.

What makes the programs at Lokahi Garden Sanctuary unique? First is the individual attention you receive from your hosts Dr. Richard Liebmann, ND and Natalie Young, MSW, LMT, husband and wife. We work with one client (individually, with a partner, or a family) at a time. During your entire stay at Lokahi Garden Sanctuary you receive our full attention. Our goal is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery to empower you for your own well being. Each guest is accepted, appreciated and valued for the unique person that they are.

The second reason for Lokahi Garden Sanctuary’s uniqueness is Hawaii itself. On the Big Island of Hawaii, the spirit of Aloha is everywhere, flowing from the land, ocean and sky, as well as from the hearts of the people. Aloha means love, affection, compassion, kindness and warmth (as well as hello and goodbye). These qualities and feelings are the foundation for transformation and for the creation of an individual program for your well being that can become a part of you.

The third reason is our accomplished affiliated staff. Our team of healers is skilled in the full range of natural, alternative and western medicines.

Lastly, Lokahi Garden Sanctuary is a working organic farm and tropical botanical garden. Lokahi Garden Sanctuary is located on ten lush acres with sweeping ocean views in historic North Kohala on the Big Island of Hawaii. Direct experience with the living and healing earth is an essential component of our healing philosophy. Our programs are purposefully set up to allow you to discover your own ways of connecting with the earth. Whether you choose to help tend the vegetable and medicinal herb gardens, interact with our farm animals, walk in the tropical forests, swim in the blue Pacific Ocean, or just sit quietly on the earth and gaze up at the sky, Lokahi Garden Sanctuary provides earth centered healing opportunities.
